Mighty Empires VI Map

Here's my map for our upcoming Mighty Empires VI, starting in December. House rules are in play but its alot simple this time than some of the previous incarnations. After 5 Campaigns, its clear that smaller maps are the most fun. This one is 36 hexes and we have Eight Players. I added the coastline in order to add flexibility to the challenges, that way you can reach any part of the map pretty easily. This is going to be a fun one.

Armies

Empire
Wood Elves
Vampire Counts
Dwarfs
Lizardmen
Warriors of Chaos
Warriors of Chaos
Orcs and Goblins

The first turn is Tuesday, December 1st!.

Hey John,

How did you make the campign easier? I am thinking of doing something like this for LotR and WHFB as well...

John,
The map is looking really good! I can't wait to get started. Are we gonna get right into battle on Dec. 1st? Are we gonna have another club night before then to go over rules with everyone and "design" lists.

That's an excellent campaign map mate. I love the idea of coastlines been used to access the different areas on the map. Out of interest, are you putting any possible mishaps to forces taking a sea route?

Do you mind if I add it to the maps showcase on my campaign blog?

@ Tim- This time were are using the core ME rules with less additions, see the forums for the add-ons, they're all posted.

@Bill- Bill we are digging at 7:30pm 12/1, get that list together asap!
use the forums to go over any stuff you want pre- first turn.

@ Col Corbane- No Sea mishaps, I original intended, you had to build a separate port for 1 EP to use the sea, but amemded that to just having to build a castle to include the Port due to the smaller map size. Feel free to use the photo's of maps for your gallery, thanks for the interest!

Keeping it simple is the smart way to go, I remember playing the old Mighty Empires, great fun but a lot of work.

Thanks for letting me use the map mate, it's on the showcase now :-
