The funny part about the two lists is that the Corsairs are more expensive than the Haradrim.  I think mostly I need to figure out how the heck to use cavalry in LotR...  Arbalesters, like any other x-bow unit in the game, are a no-brainer- park them someplace where they have a decent field of fire, and ruin some bitches.
