Especially about the hype being gone by the time the item is received. I was feeling a bit conflicted in that I might 'miss out' on good kickstarters (bad) but also I'd probably save some money (good). Your post certainly points out some very valid issues that are occur to a lot of the big campaigns (not just reaper). It's a bit of a relief actually.
