Sounds like a damn good one- my one safety tip for you is if you want to t-pit them, don't charge the Spearelves, park your Flagellants an inch or two away. That way he either has to burn a ton of movement maneuvering, or he loses a rank worth of attacks on the charge. ASF spears are one of the best defensive formations in the game, so put them on the initiative! (This is of course, null and void if you can get a flank, in that case, smashy smashy.)
